GEAR POSITIONS LOOKING IN THE PULLEY BOX FROM THE END OF THE MACHINE                             

  Install D gear first.  Install B gear and adjust B/C shaft to mesh C and D.

  Install A gear and swing gear quadrant up to mesh A and B.
